In Partnership with Universitas Udayana & Universitas Mahasaraswati, Denpasar, Bali; and Keio University, Japan conducted UNESCO MasterClass on the

“Application of Sustainability Science for Biosphere Reserve & World Heritage Site: Subak System in BALI as a Case Study”.

The live streaming on 28 & 30 November 2017 consist of four main components of Sustainability Science which are :

  1. Building Block, An Introduction on Sustainability Science Approach, Biosphere Reserves, World Heritage Site and Subak System
  2. Social- Ecological System, SES – The Approach & Reflection of Local Knowledge on Subak System, Current Tourism Practices and
    it’s Impact in Bali Province.
  3. Interdisciplinary Approach of Sustainability Science in Assessing the Zonation for Biosphere Reserves, BRs
  4. Trans-disciplinary approach of Sustainability Science & Localization of SDGs for Subak Systems.
